Danit Ben-Kiki - Technical Translation & Localization
I came to translation after working for 20 years as a software engineer. As an avid reader who's lived for several years in the US as a teenager, translation seems like a natural choice when I was looking for a second career.
I have a graduate certificate in Translation and Editing from Tel Aviv University.
I'm active in the Israel Translators Association and I currently serve as ITA Chair.
Fields of Expertise:
Literary translation with a special love for sci-fi, subtitle translation (National Geographic, Discovery and cinema), technical translation.
